Amy Simms
Registered Psychotherapist
M.A.
Often times clients feel stuck in old patterns and cycles that no longer serve them, and the thought of making changes seems intimidating and overwhelming.
I view most problems through the lens of skills - ones that we just haven’t had the opportunity to learn and practice yet! I will meet you wherever you are on your journey and use a variety of techniques and approaches to tailor therapy to meet your specific needs.
Though making changes can feel intimidating, I strive to create a warm and non-judgmental space that allows you to take that courageous first step.
