Skills and Abilities:
• Education: Doctorate or Masters in psychology.
• Qualifications: Registered member of the College of Psychologists and Behavioural Analysts of Ontario (those seeking supervised practice may apply)
• Modality Experience: Specific training in and experience with providing one of the following modalities: IFS, EMDR, psychodynamic, or experiential-based approaches. Knowledge and familiarity with CBT, DBT, ACT, and MI is also an asset.
• Population Experience: The ideal candidate must have prior experience treating trauma, anxiety, and depression. Experience treating moral injury, occupational burnout, prolonged stress, and grief is an asset. Interest in treating first responders including health care professionals, paramedics, corrections staff and law enforcement.

•Client & Clinician Support: You will be the first point of contact responsible for providing professional, timely, and consistent client care through phone, email, fax, and in-person communication.
