Through guided dialogue and targeted interventions, couples gain tools to navigate challenges and reconnect with empathy and respect.
We also integrate Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFCT), a short-term structured approach based on attachment theory. It employs a humanistic, experiential approach to restructure emotional experience, alongside a systemic approach to change negative interactions. EFCT has been researched utilized successfully with various couples facing challenges like depression, anxiety, or forgiveness dilemmas.
