Jessica Spape, is a registered psychologist with the College of Psychologists and Behavioural Analysis of Ontario, with competency in Clinical and Forensic psychology. She completed her Honours Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Concordia University and went on to earn her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Queen’s University.
Before transitioning to private practice, Jessica spent eight years serving as a frontline clinician and health administrator in the criminal justice system. In this role, she conducted psychodiagnostic evaluations, suicide and criminal risk assessments, and crisis interventions. She also provided individual and group therapy, along with clinical supervision for mental health professionals, showcasing her leadership and dedication to the field.
Jessica’s passion for sharing knowledge extends to the classroom and mentorship roles, having taught psychology and criminal justice courses at the degree level as part-time faculty at Humber College, Sheridan College, and the University of Guelph-Humber. Over the course of her career, she has received specialized training in a variety of therapeutic modalities and assessment tools, enabling her to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care tailored to her clients’ needs.
