Courtney Kannampuzha
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
HBSc, MA, MACP
We as individuals are shaped by our own personal experiences that contribute to how we see the world around us. Our childhood, parents, relationships, and culture play a vital role in how we conceptualize our struggles. Some clients fear therapy and view it as a sign of weakness rather than strength.
I strive to provide a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space for clients to feel heard, validated, and accepted for who they are and how they feel. By employing an eclectic and integrative approach to therapy, I use the client’s authenticity to tailor treatment interventions to meet their specific needs.
Through comfort, support, nurture, and challenge, I strive to alter maladaptive thinking patterns and encourage healthy behaviours to promote growth and greater life satisfaction.
